Here you have everything you need to get away of daily routine. Take a glass of wine or your morning coffee while enjoy the sea breeze, the sound of the waves and the amazing view of the sea and Isla Ratones, and if you are lucky, you will see dolphins, manatees and the most amazing sunsets. WELCOME! The space Small open space house with QUEEN BED and a Twin sleeper sofa. One Bathroom available. Work desk, kitchen, balcony and a side terrace that u can use as a parking or there's outdoor furniture and a small kitchen with Bbq and microwave. The minimum stay is two nights. Guest access You can access entire house, side terrace and beach. Due to Mother Nature, there will be times during the year when there will be no sand on the shore. However, there is access to the water and you can enjoy the sea, bathe, swim or go kayaking. Mornings are the best time to enjoy the sea. Other things to note PLEASE MAKE SURE YOU READ ALL THIS INFORMATION. For Protection Policy On your reservation please add name of the guest that will be staying with you at the property. Note that the house is on the edge of the sea and on the edge of the road. It is a tourist area and a busy road, therefore you will hear the noise of passing vehicles. There is parking at the house and you will have to maneuver to park. I suggest your partner help you to park , is more comfortable for a compact car. That parking is in the barbecue area if you want to enjoy that area, you can park across the street. DO NOT PARK AT RESTAURANT PARKING.
