Casa Stayton - a little slice of heaven on earth!

It's all about the view right? So close to the Ocean you can hear soft soothing waves and the view is spectacular! There is no one above you and no one on either side. Unit #13 is apart of a 16 units condominium building, located on the 4th floor looking over the whole town. The space Everything you want in one space - laundry, hot water tank, full kitchen, dishwasher, patio overlooking the ocean, wifi, fans or a/c and it's all set in an amazing community! Our cleaning lady, Nancy, comes on every other Wednesday, so if you are a long rental, make sure to say hi :) Cupboard by the main door has flashlights, umbrella, grocery carrier, plastic bags and other things you may find you will need. Guest access Parking Pool Gym Storage Unit (with beach chairs) Full Unit w/ patio Other things to note Things we CAN NOT control: Power Outages - yes, this can happen. If due to bad weather please be patient and enjoy a card game (in the coffee table) with the flashlights provided (in the cupboard beside the door). If the power outage also might be from work still being done to the building (they do TRY to give us notice, but sometimes it is only a couple of hours - but in any case, we will let you know via the AirBNB app). Be patient and maybe enjoy a nice walk outside or have a drink on the patio - this is a great way to take a break and a moment to enjoy your location :) Internet - from time to time this MIGHT NOT WORK. Please inform us if it is not working or has been out for more than 5 hours (after resetting the modem). We will contact the internet company and schedule them to come and take a look. I stress, WE CAN NOT CONTROL THESE APPOINTMENTS and in our experience sometimes they do not show up when they say they will or are very late or early. We do our best to make sure all is working but also rely on your understanding that we can not control these two things, as much as we would love to, to make your experience 100% wonderful.
