Parisian in love with the Montmartre hill, I sometimes rent my entire Hausmanian-style apartment, rue Clignancourt, 6 min walk from the Montmartre Basilica 🙂 On the 4th floor, quiet, no elevator, in a young, lively neighborhood with restaurants, cafés around. You will experience the life of a Parisian in the 18th arrondissement while being quiet and close to the tourist area of Montmartre, just a few minutes away. 3 adults 1 child maximum (1 double bed, 1 folding sofa) The space A living room opens to a fully equipped kitchen. The armchair in the living room is convertible into 1 double bed for 2 adults (L131 x W221) - see photos. Possibility if you need to sleep also on the gray sofa with the addition of a mattress topper (ask me before) A large bedroom with a very comfortable queen sized bed. Possible to add an extra small crib upon request ( see photo) A small bathroom and separate toilet. A large glass desk in the bedroom to work with computer support. Crossing and overlooking Rue Clignancourt, the windows are double glazed so very quiet when the windows are closed. Not ideal for infants ( 4th floor without elevator+ small bathroom) but I can provide a crib if needed ( let me know in advance). Guest access - Bus, metro and bike at the bottom of the apartment. Marcadet metro station (line 4, 12) 50 m away Jules Joffrin metro station (line 12) 150 m away. We are 3 stops from Abbesses or Pigalle via line 12 and 3 stops from Gare du Nord and Gare de l'Est via line 4. St Lazare station is 6 stops away via line 12. - Easy arrival: Hand delivery of the keys, I welcome you or via a Keynest (locker store) 50 m from the apartment (if I am away). Other things to note - No parties in the apartment.
