Step inside this retro beautiful apartment and be captivated by stunning views of the Harbour Bridge, Sydney Harbour, and the city skyline. The spacious living area boasts floor-to-ceiling windows, flooding the room with natural light and offering breathtaking views. Both bedrooms feature plush queen beds with high-quality linens, ample storage, and plenty of natural light. A newly updated grey carpet adds a soft, cozy touch. For an extra guest, a rollaway bed is available. The bathroom includes a shower and bath, with a recently renovated floor and shower screen. Soft towels and premium toiletries are provided for your comfort. The hot water system has a 100-litre tank, which is typically enough for a few short showers. We kindly ask guests to be mindful of water usage, especially when showering consecutively, to ensure everyone enjoys a warm shower. It takes 2.5hours to reheat the tank. The apartment is lived-in and shows some normal wear and tear, which is reflected in the pricing. What truly sets it apart is the stunning view, which is the highlight of the stay. Towels & Linen We provide one towel per guest for the duration of the stay, along with bed linens. Please note that this is an Airbnb, not a hotel, so daily towel service is not included. If you would like extra items, these can be arranged at an additional cost: Extra towel: $6 each Extra bath mat: $3 each - no washer or dryer but there is a coin-operated laundry (washer and dryer) available in the building if you wish to refresh your towels during your stay. Tower B The fully equipped kitchen makes cooking a breeze, with ample counter space, utensils, and dishware. As per the conditions in the Short-Term Rental Accommodation Act 2020 NSW, all guests are required to follow these rules. Failure to do so may result in fines and additional charges. We must also be informed for any extra guests and visitors for liability reasons. -The apartment has a strict no smoking policy. If we are notified by our cleaning team of any cigarette ash or odours, we will follow up with Airbnb and issue additional cleaning fees. -The building is home to many others, and we respect all our neighbours. Loitering in common areas or outside the building is prohibited, and there are security cameras in these areas. Please respect our neighbours as if it were your own home and keep noise to minimum in common areas after 9pm. -We have a strict no party policy. Parties and social gatherings of any sort are not allowed. Our guest limit is a maximum of 6 persons. If you wish to have visitors, please notify us beforehand as we allow a maximum 6, including our guests, for any visitors during daytime hours. We also have a strict policy regarding noise after 9pm.
