Home in the woods private room

Very private large bedroom over garage (accessed by separate stairs inside front door ). My place is in the woods, near the beach (15 minutes), with lots of local family friendly activities. It is good for couples, solo adventurers, families (with kids), and furry friends (pets). cats and dog live on site The space Quiet getaway. Awesome spa bathroom with shower massage panel and soaking tub. Smart TV (not cable) - broadcast anything from your netflix/hulu/ other accounts. Has fridge, coffee maker and microwave. Guest access Your private bedroom, backyard lounge chairs, tennis court and pool in season. During your stay Always available by phone if not in person. Other things to note I have a dog and cat. My dog gets along well with all and I just like to make sure other people's dogs are ok with cats. I request that when the owner is out of the house, the dog stays in that bedroom. My property isn't fully fenced so dogs should always be leashed outside and all poop should be picked up (I've got bags if you don't). I also request an extra security of $100 for the dogs in case they eliminate inside the house because it takes extra time and cost to clean it up. But we'd know whether that would be required before you leave. I've had animals that 1) peed on the leg of my dining table as soon as they walked into my house, 2) peed down the floor vent, which required complete replacement of that hose, 3) left little poop on carpet, which required special cleaning to remove stain. You get the point.
