The space An older renovated weatherboard home with loads of character. Wood fire with some wood supplied in Winter, x 2 split systems, built in robes, seperate bath and shower. Full kitchen and laundry facilities. Please note that outside, a short walk away is a public road, public river and private dam. As this is a rural property you could expect to see some wire fences, falling limbs, wild animals, snakes, spiders, bugs and mosquitoes. Guests are to remain within the house block, not crossing the wire fence boundaries. Guest access Fully furnished 3 bedroom home, with bathroom, laundry, kitchen, lounge and dining. Refrigerator and freezer, washing machine and outdoor clothes line, inside clothes horse. A large undercover outdoor space and an undercover car park. Beautiful lawns. Bedding, towels, cutlery, crockery and cookware supplied. Other things to note Currently has mismatched linen, towels, cutlery and crockery.
