Other things to note HOUSE RULES To create a pleasant stay for you, the following house rules apply. * Respect for the neighbors Studio Aan de Kottendijk is located in the vicinity of residential homes. We kindly ask you not to cause a nuisance. Also in the studio, we ask you to be considerate of other people in the house. * Noise Kindly refrain from making noise in the studio you rented. All music – and any other sound – produced in any way must be adjusted to room strength, so that no noise nuisance arises for local residents, this is prohibited anyway from 10 p.m. to 7 a.m. We especially ask you not to play loud music and to think about closing doors. * Smoking Smoking is not permitted inside and outside the studio or in the vicinity of the studio. If you are found to be smoking, you must leave the studio immediately. In addition, a cleaning fee of €250 will be charged if smoking indoors. Even if you've checked out. * Alcohol and (soft) drugs Alcohol abuse is prohibited, so enjoy, but drink in moderation. It is forbidden at Studio aan de Kottendijk to possess, use and/or trade (soft) drugs. The studio is suitable for a maximum occupancy of 2 adults. In case of violation of the maximum occupancy, we request you to leave the studio. * Visitors It is not allowed to host unregistered guests in the studio. If other guests are found in the studio, we will immediately ask you to leave the studio. * Damages Studio Aan de Kottendijk is in no way liable for any form of damage, loss or theft that you experience during your stay at Studio Aan de Kottendijk. Should any damage be caused to the accommodation or its furnishings during your stay, please inform us. We will charge you for the cleaning costs incurred and/or costs to replace the materials. * Check-in Check-in is from 3 p.m. to 7 p.m. If available, you can check in earlier. If you arrive later than 7 p.m., please let us know in advance. Please indicate one day before arrival what time you expect to arrive. So there is certainly someone present and you do not have to wait unnecessarily. * Check-out Check-out is until 11 a.m. on the day of departure. * Key management Upon arrival, you will receive one key intended for your stay. You must take care of locking the doors of the studio and turning off the lights. When you check out, please return the key to us. * Loss of key In case of loss of the key, we will charge €50.00. * Bed linen and towels For stays of longer duration (longer than a week), the towels and bed linen will be changed as desired. * Ensuring hygiene It is not allowed to sleep in the beds in the rooms and/or studio without sheets and pillowcases. In the event that non-removable stains in the mattress, duvet, bedspread and decorative pillows or towels occur during the overnight stay, we will charge you for the resulting cleaning costs and/or costs to replace the materials. * Prices Prices include gas, water, electricity, bed, bath and kitchen linen and use of coffee and tea. You can also use TV and WiFi for free. In the unlikely event that the services such as TV and/or WiFi do not function properly during the stay at Studio Aan de Kottendijk, this does not entitle you to a refund of all or part of the room price due. *Parking The car can be parked for free at Boddenkampsingel, at the height of the Kottendijk it is about a 3-5 minute walk to the studio.
