Legacy Suites & Apartments Albufeira is located 1 minute from the supermarket, 5 minutes from the town centre, and approximately 15–20 minutes from the beach, in a peaceful residential area. Studio units up to 2 guests featuring a double bed, air conditioning, Wi-Fi, equipped kitchenette, dining area, flat-screen TV, sofa, balcony, bathroom with walk-in shower. Units may have a pool or residential view and can differ slightly in layout. Guests can enjoy a shared garden and swimming pool. The space The Municipality of Albufeira charges a Tourist Tax of €2 per person, per night, for guests aged 13 and over, for a maximum of 7 nights. This amount must be paid in cash upon check-in. An official payment receipt will subsequently be sent via email. Quiet hours (10:00pm–9:00am) must be respected by all guests. Guests must dispose of trash before check-out. Guest access Check-in: from 4:00pm to 11:30pm Check-out: until 10:00am Ms Carla is the live-in property manager and personally welcomes all guests upon arrival. Her contact number will be shared prior to check-in. Guests must call Ms Carla approximately 5 minutes before arriving at the property. All guests have access to the shared garden and swimming pool during opening hours (9:00am–7:00pm). Sun loungers and parasols are available in the pool area for guest use. All guests are required to complete the form with their personal details prior to arrival. Complimentary toilet paper and hand soap are provided upon check-in only. For additional toiletries, household items, food, spices, or cooking essentials, a supermarket is conveniently located just a 1-minute walk from the property. A rubbish container is located outside the property. Guests are kindly asked to dispose of rubbish regularly and avoid accumulating multiple bags inside the apartment. All rubbish must be removed from the apartment prior to check-out. A security deposit of €100 per person is required upon check-in for guests under 30 years of age. The deposit will be fully refunded at check-out, provided the property is left in good condition and no disturbances, damages, or breaches of the property rules occur during the stay. We take all guest stays extremely seriously and are committed to maintaining a calm, safe, and relaxing environment for all guests and residents. All guests are therefore expected to fully respect the property rules, including quiet hours between 10:00pm and 9:00am, and to behave respectfully towards neighbours, other guests, and our live-in property manager.
