This 1400 sq ft home has 3 bedrooms, 2 car garage, air conditioning, RV clean out area, 1 wooded acre and is only 2.7 miles from the popular La Pine State Park. The home is fully furnished, including a well stocked kitchen, bedding, towels, hairdryer, and complimentary toiletries. There's an indoor mudroom that also serves as the laundry room with a washer and dry. Laundry soap, coffee and tea are provided. Grocery stores and restaurants in La Pine are 10 minutes away. The space La Pine is ideally situated 28 minutes south of Bend where it's less congested and the beauty of the lush trees can be appreciated but it is not too far from all the fun snow parks and shopping Bend has to offer. It's also central to all the lakes and great fishing areas. Guest access Guests have access to the entire house situated in the middle of a one acre forested lot. Other things to note The house is 30 minutes south of Bend and 10 minutes away from the amenities of La Pine. There are restaurants including Mexican, Thai and Chinese diners, 3 tap/beer houses with live music and food trucks, a coffee house, a hardware store, postal service, medical urgent care facility, general store, pharmacy and 3 gas stations. This is a small quaint town with all the amenities nearby. The house is also 10 minutes away from the renowned La Pine State Park, many crater lakes and hiking/biking trails. It's a beautiful forest location within reach of Bend and without the congestion.
