Ideal setting for walking, cycling, climbing on the magnificent blocks of Fontainebleau (site of the pebble rock 5 km away). You are 10 min drive to Fontainebleau, Barbizon, Samois-sur-Seine and 20 min to Moret-sur-Loing. The space Village house of 135 m2 with a plot of 650 m2 without neighbors. The ground floor is divided between: - a through dining room with a table seating up to 10 people, - a cozy living room with exposed stones with a stove, a video projector with removable screen (free access to Netflix and freebox tv) - a fully equipped kitchen with induction cooktop, oven, microwave, refrigerator, freezer, dishwasher, kettle, toaster and everything you need to cook. Tea, coffee, herbal teas, spices, oils... a grocery store is graciously available. Each room on the ground floor overlooks the south-facing garden. - a laundry room with storage and washing machine as well as toilets complete the ground floor. On the 1st floor you have: - 1 large master bedroom with 140 bed and quality bedding with a magnificent view of the garden and the countryside behind, - 1 bedroom with king size bed (removable mattress topper) that can be divided into 2 single beds 90 - 1 children's room with cabin bed and possibility of adding a 90 mattress on the floor. - bathroom with bathtub, toilet. Sheets, bath towels, shower gel and shampoo provided. Finally on the 2nd floor a bedroom under the roof equipped with a 140 bed on the floor Wi-Fi available throughout the house. Parking possible for 2 cars in the enclosed courtyard in front of the house. Other things to note Our little Siamese cat will keep you company during your stay and will ask you for food and drink, but always politely and with hugs.
