Welcome to wonderful Dalmeny. Relax in this peaceful, modern and tidy home. Perfect for families, couples or friends (up to 5 total guests), this home is perfectly situated on a quiet street and within short walks to various amenities. A picturesque 5 minute walk will take you to Dalmeny beach and inlet, perfect for families and surfers alike, plus an IGA, cafes, surf shops and of course - fish and chips! A 10 minute walk will take you to the Big Niles Brewery and Dalmeny Bowling Club. The space - the 1st bedroom with a king bed and ensuite - the 2nd bedroom with two single beds. - the 3rd bedroom has one single bed and is also set up as an office/recreational space. Linen is not provided. You’ll need to bring: Sheets and pillowcases Doona (duvet) covers (doonas are provided) Towels and tea towels Mattress and pillow protectors are still provided. A large second bathroom equipped with a full size bath and a separate toilet services the 2nd and 3rd bedrooms, and you are welcome to use the laundry facility. There is a large living area with a U shaped couch for all to enjoy, plus an outdoor dining and lounge set. There is also a hammock to enjoy, all under the shade of the large covered deck. The fully equipped kitchen is perfect for cooking, and the bifold window is perfect for sharing meals outside on warm summer evenings. There is also a washing machine. The main TV has Chromecast which you can connect to. Guest access Everything except the garage, however if you need garage access just let us know. There is a electrical outlet in the garage if you have an electric car and need to charge the car overnight. Other things to note The area is quiet. There is a key lock next to the garage and the code will be provided upon request. There is a smart TV on the wall, and internet is provided. Linen is not provided. There are two life jackets in the cupboard in the spare room. There is a Woolies and ALDI at the far end of Narooma for supplies, but the IGA down the road is also well stocked. The hot water takes a little while to come through, about 30 seconds.
