The space This delightful property offers a perfect blend of modern style, historic charm and cozy comforts, making it an ideal getaway for families, friends, or business travelers. Property Highlights: - Spacious Accommodation: Our home features approximately 3,700 square feet of living space, three rooms available for your use (two upstairs and one downstairs), ensuring ample space for up to six guests. The main floor bedroom features a King bed and the two bedrooms upstairs each have queen beds. All are designed for a good night's sleep. - Inviting Gathering Areas: Enjoy the warmth of our living room with beautiful herringbone wood floors, perfect for unwinding with a book, catching up with loved ones, or watching a movie. The dining room, also with hardwood floors, is a great spot for family meals. Our library includes another beautiful and stylish conversation area. You can close the French doors for additional privacy and kick your feet up to read a good book. - Fully-Equipped Kitchen: The kitchen is outfitted with modern appliances, including a refrigerator, dishwasher, microwave, coffee maker, electric tea kettle, Nespresso machine, Keurig machine, full set of chef’s cookware & utensils, and gas oven making meal preparation a breeze. - Outdoor Spaces: The front porch is the highlight of the house. It has a wrap-around front porch with a great view of Main Street, perfect for conversation and connection. Help yourself to the fresh herbs scattered around the porch for the cooking enthusiasts. Additionally, relax on the private breezeway located in the back of the house with a cup of coffee or tea, cold beverage, or glass of wine sitting at the cafe table or day beds. - Historic Charm: Built in 1940 and recently updated, the home retains its historic character while offering modern amenities like central electric cooling and gas heating. Bathroom Details: - Downstairs Bathroom: The main bathroom on the ground floor includes a shower, no tub. Grab bars are located on either side of toilet. - Upstairs Bathroom: The bathroom on the upper floor features a tub, no shower. Neighborhood and Location: Situated in the heart of Franklin, our home is within walking distance to the courthouse square, local shops, park, amphitheater and restaurants. The area is known for its friendly community and charming, small-town atmosphere. Street parking is available, making it easy to explore the neighborhood. Additional Features: - Complimentary Wi-Fi: Stay connected with high-speed internet throughout the house. - Laundry Facilities: A washer and dryer are available for guest use. Guest Access and Rules: Guests have access to most areas of the home, but please note that there is one room upstairs that is locked, which is unavailable for use. We ask that you respect this private space as well as our personal items throughout our home. Additionally, please keep noise levels reasonable to maintain our good relationships with our neighbors.
