Quiet accommodation in the countryside with a magnificent view of the mountains, in the heights of Petit Bourg, the central municipality of the island. Ideally located between Grande Terre and its beautiful white sandy beaches and turquoise water, and Basse Terre which reveals the natural side of the island with many hikes, hot springs and rivers/waterfalls. Less than 10 minutes from the commercial area of Colin (supermarkets, pharmacy, medical offices, bakery, restaurants, etc.) The space Typical wooden accommodation consisting of an equipped kitchen, bedroom, bathroom/toilet, living room equipped with a sofa bed with drawer overlooking the covered terrace. The cottage is adjoining my house but it is completely independent with an entrance at the back of the courtyard. The kitchen is fully equipped with appliances and cooking utensils (washing machine, Tassimo coffee machine, electric kettle, toaster, ceramic hob, steam cooker, small food processor). The bathroom consists of a walk-in shower, sink with storage and toilet. Towels are provided. The bedroom includes a double bed. In the living room there is a sofa bed with a drawer that turns into two single beds or a large double bed. There is a wardrobe and a TV cabinet in which you can store your belongings. Access to the terrace is from the living room, you will find a dining/work area with Wi-Fi access and garden furniture for 4 people. You can relax there while enjoying the views of the countryside, river and mountains.
