Suíte, Zen apt next to Paulista Ave - lovely area!

Large suite (room + bathroom); large double bed; large window! Extra, independent door to the hall. Wi-Fi; closets; hooks for a hammock! Access to a GORGEOUS apt with furniture and utilities! A very pleasant place to be! Also also, very well located in a pretty neighborhood with easy access to the rest of the city! Right next to everything you might need: supermarkets, metro stations, bus terminals, wildly varied bars and cafés (seriously, about 14 cafés,, each one a different theme!) The space it feels like home, I always hear. Many windows, plants all around (if you're fond of succulents or you want to know what they are, this is your place! ;) ), many things and details and colors to pay attention to. And if you're a fan of "succulents", oh boy/girl :D Access to a kitchen (wait until you see my fridge) and a living room and another bathroom. Very well located. Guest access 2 bathrooms (one is private, other one's shared), tv with cable, wi-fi, dvd player, kitchen, fridge, living room. During your stay You can access me at all times through instant messaging appsif you need help or orientation, I'm replying ASAP! Other things to note trash taken at 8/9 and at 2pm/3pm, so just leave the bin (or bags) it outside the door, in time! Intercom (white one right next to the big tv in the living room) opens the front gate by picking it WHILE somebody's calling, and pressing " *2 " then the person downstairs needs to call again (second door), and the intercom opens it by pressing " ** "
