The kitchen has all equipments. The large (30sqm) living hall is tastefully furnished. You will have wireless internet connection Full kitchen ware such as kettle, coffee maker, oven, dishwasher etc. Other facilities include a iron and hot water. Great location: heart of the downtown and walking distance to all historical places in center (Kars Castle is 10 min to walk. Old cathedral is 5 mins to walk etc.). Major supermarkets as Migros, Şok, BİM, A101 are just 10 min with walking. Very safe apartment with 24 hour working security system and nice neighbors and very quiet environment. This is the most quiet and cleanest apartment you can find in a central location. This flat is most suitable especially for those who don't want to or can't climb up tiring high hilly roads to reach the main streets and/or main transportation facilities as contrary to most accomodation alternatives, it is located at the most central one of the rare non hilly district of the city. Guest access The flat is rented as entire flat/property. Our guests have access to any space or areas within the flat. Central park is just next of the apartment and guests can feel free to use all sports equipments. Other things to note Check-in of the guests are controlled by the camera at the entrance of the building. Please do not smoke in the flat except in balcony.
