The common areas are composed of gardens, grills, pergola, rooftop with ocean views, hammocks. Parking for one vehicle. Guest access Guests have access to all common areas on the understanding that if there are other guests, they must manage a healthy coexistence and keep the place clean and tidy. The outdoor bathrooms are for the exclusive use of the guests of the rooms and are separated into men and women. One of the rules of the place is that the use of the roof is allowed from 8:00 am to 8:00 pm, however, if the guests reach a different agreement and they are all in agreement, it can be negotiated. We also kindly ask you not to listen to very loud music after 9:00 pm. In the same way as the previous point, if all guests are satisfied, this point can be negotiated. PARTIES ARE NOT ALLOWED. Small gatherings can be organized with no more than 4 guests per reservation, always respecting the community rules, notifying the rest of the tenants and only if they have no problem.
