Character house with pool, Drôme Provençale

We rent our house during our vacation, for a minimum of 15 days. It is an old house, full of charm, spacious, very pleasant to live in with a large garden on two levels, not overlooked, a swimming pool of 12 m x 4 m, which gives the feeling of being in the countryside while being 2 minutes' walk from the center, shops... The house overlooks the old town (beautiful view) in a cul-de-sac with little traffic. Private garage at the garden level. Our quiet cat sleeps in the garden. The space The house has many levels from the garden to the bedrooms upstairs. It is not suitable for people with reduced mobility. Guest access Although the street is narrow and reserved for residents, our guests can arrive by car in front of the house and park in front of or in the garage (if the car is less than 1.80 m high). The house is easily accessible on foot from Montélimar train station (10').
