Lounge is large with free standing 3 piece suite, foot stool, coffee table, integrated units with mood lighting, wall lights and lamp for various lighting preferences. Double opening doors onto the patio, leading to outdoor patio sofa and chairs which recline, with coffee table and drinks table and full parasol, as the decking is South facing. Master bedroom, king size bed, over head lighting, dressing table mirrors, integrated wardrobes and drawer space, ensuite shower room. Tv on the wall and all areas central heated and double glazed. Bedroom 2, twin beds, over head lighting, integrated wardrobe, drawers and dressing table with mirror and light. Bathroom has a jacuzzi bath, and shower for a relaxing soak. The view from the veranda is open to grassed area, with easy access to two designated parking spaces. Walking distance to club house for entertainment, restaurant, heated swimming pools, indoor and outdoor and large play park. Guest access This booking is for the whole lodge with veranda. As you can see from the photos, this is not a house, and it is situated on a holiday park at Highfield Grange, Parkdean. Access is by a key safe box, code to be provided 24hrs before. please message host. Other things to note WE DO NOT ACCEPT DOGS.
