The property contains 3 separate sleeping areas each with it's own bathroom, two under palapas and one enclosed and now we have another room with A.C.!..It is called the Air Art studio and comes with an Air bed. A Beautiful Kitchen with expansive Living and Dining areas, Pool, Jacuzzi, and music throughout . Any kind of activity you are dreaming of..Tour guides, surf lessons, in house spa services, yoga....you name it ~ we'll hook you up. There is even a painting studio for professional artists... Welcome to your home away from home. Ideal for: 3 or 4 couples Bird watchers Nature lovers Readers (Interesting books available) Writers and Artists (ambience that gets your creative juices flowing) Yoga retreats Girlfriend getaway weekends and of course Surfers.... If activities are more your thing, there are a few Tour companies right here in the neighborhood, including our very own surf school, zip lines here in the arroyo, restaurants within walking distance with live music, and connection to transportation to anywhere in Los Cabos. San Jose del Cabo is about 10 min. from the house max. and Cabo San Lucas is 20 min. by car. I have as much interaction with the guests as they want...The more communication we have before arrival will give me an idea of how much privacy or guidance they require. What I love about this neighborhood is that it is located close to a little bit of everything. It is easy to walk to just about anything you need and it feels safe to do so. It is the Surf center of the area so you have a great way to interact with some of the more adventurous locals and experience how they enjoy the best parts of Baja. It is called Gringo Hill because this is where the first adventurous gringos and surfers chose to settle years ago, so you will find there is not much language barrier around here and people are very friendly and helpful. As far as getting around there are the options of Renting a car.. We recommend BBB car rentals There is UBER.. Taxis and shuttles are available... Walking to the bus,beach,restaurants,and activities takes less than 5 minutes. I go to town almost everyday and you can always hitch a ride.. But It is fun to rent a car to explore Los Cabos on your own. We rent the rooms out separately also..check out our other listings to see the options.. Guest access Guests have access to pretty much everything except the painting studio, unless they are professional artists and we have discussed it ahead of time.
