Steps from the Kukulcan bus route, beaches and dining. The space This bright, fully remodeled apartment is located on the second floor (stair access required) and is designed for comfort. Layout: - Bedroom 1: king bed - Bedroom 2: queen bed - Living room with smart TV and sofa - 2 full bathrooms - Fully equipped kitchen - Private balcony / terrace Shared building amenities (common areas): - Swimming pool - Security gate Included: WiFi, A/C, smart TV, bed linens and duvet, 1 bath towel and 1 pool towel per guest, soap and shampoo, and basic kitchen utensils. Not included: meals, cable TV channels, in-unit washer/dryer, daily cleaning (available at extra cost with 24h notice). A baby crib can be added for free on request. Energy note: stays of 7+ nights include 20 kWh of electricity per night; excess usage is billed at a small per-kWh rate. Please keep doors and windows closed while the A/C is running. Guest access Self check-in with a personal access code, so you can arrive at your convenience. The apartment is on the second floor and requires climbing stairs. The condominium has a security gate. One assigned parking space is available for the property (subject to availability). We do not have permanent staff on site but are always reachable by message. Other things to note Your stay includes a cleaning before your arrival and another at the end of your stay. If you require additional cleaning during your stay, we will be happy to arrange it for an extra cost. We just need you to let us know in advance so we can schedule it. We remind you that it is not allowed to leave garbage outside the main doors. Otherwise, a fine of $500 pesos will be applied. We appreciate your cooperation in keeping the place in order. We ask you to please not park in front of the property, because it is property of the marina.
