Cozy Mountain Cabin on Marilaque highway

Our 100 square meter stone & wood cabin sits on a 2.5 hectare conservation site with an elevation of about 750 meters above sea level. It has a koi pond, a small wading pool and a view of the Sierra Madre Mountains. - great for bird watching or just chilling and enjoying the cool, crisp and fresh mountain air. For the adventurous, there is a waterfall within the property but it is about 480 steep steps down from the cabin. The perfect place to get away from it all and get close to nature. The space The cabin has 1 bedroom with a queen size bed and attached bathroom with water heater. Additional guests are accommodated in a sofa bed for 2 in the living room and 2 futons for a maximum of 6 guests. Kitchen is fully equipped with: - Refrigerator & freezer, - Rice cooker, - Microwave oven, - Toaster range, - plates, pans, glasses, cutlery, etc. A dining table for 4 plus 2 settings at the bar is available for meals. Unlimited Internet access is available through Starlink. Other available amenities include: - Bluetooth stereo in the living room - Flat screen TV with Satellite TV (Cignal) in the bedroom - Outside shower and toilet beside the wading pool - Parking space for 3 cars - Fire pit - Please let us know in advance if you intend to use this as we will need to prepare the firewood for you. Guest access Guests are welcome to roam and use all the facilities of the property. As a conservation site, only low impact development was done to preserve the natural flora and fauna of the area. Because of this, the site has become a favorite spot for bird watches. Please note that we have our caretakers living in the same area and would appreciate it of their privacy was respected. Other things to note Kindly note that: 1. We would like to keep our place and surroundings as natural, relaxing and peaceful as possible so NO KARAOKE please. 2. We provide 100ml of bottled water per person per day. However, if you are very particular with your drinking water, please bring your own. Thank you
