Looking for a quiet place to call home while away? This basement suite is for you. The cottage on the Flat is cozy and comfortable, with all the comforts of home. THE MAIN FLOOR IS OCCUPIED BY HOME OWNER. You have the entire basement, WITH A PRIVATE ENTRANCE. Can fit upto 4, but fits 2 comfortably With off street parking and all the TV you can watch. BBQ in the evening. Two blocks from the Rotary trail. I provide self check-in and security cameras. Bathroom supplies, coffee to start. The space I live in one of the houses or area that was built when the pulp mill came to town. So, back in 1966 this complete area was considered the pulp mill houses. It's well treed and I have lived by my neighbors for over 20 years. We work hard at keeping it well groomed and monitor the activity in our area. Very safe. Your suite is self contained, but we share my yard. Guest access This totally renovate basement suite, is beautiful and quiet. Large windows and high ceilings give you a feel of openess. Installation of rock wool in the ceiling provides you with noise barrier. This is a basement suite, so there are at least 12 stairs. Concrete driveway and all around the house, so easy access to the entrance. You will love your stay During your stay You have your own entrance and will not have any contact with me at all. My little dog does sit in the front window and let's us know you have arrived. She looks dangerous in the window, but upon meeting her, she will lick you to death. Thought I should mention this as she really might freak you out. Other things to note Very close to rotary trail and the river. Not so close to shopping center, so we do not have anybody hanging around. But traveling anywhere in Prince Albert takes no more then 10 minutes. You have my driveway, so off street parking. I don't think I want pets, but will have a conversation about it. Would maybe take small dogs, but not large dogs or cats. Suite has a full stocked kitchen. No stove, but 2 burner cook top, convection oven, air fryer with broiler. Coffee pot, kerig plus coffee grinder, microwave, toaster, kettle. Pots and pans, plates, cups, glasses, bowls etc.
