Steps from the lake & amphitheater->free parking!

THIS IS NOT A PARTY HOUSE! Steps from the Dillon reservoir, shopping, & craft beer. There are so many activities to enjoy nearby: hike/boat/fish/bike/SKI! A 2 minute walk to the Dillon Amphitheater concerts. New high end LVT wood flooring was just installed on the upper level. I had one guest not like that I leave condiments in the fridge for guests to use. If this is something that offends you, I can remove them for your stay. The space I grew up in this property and have loved all the great times I have enjoyed here with family and friends. The air is clean, the people are friendly, and it is far enough from the city to relax, but the city is only an hour away. In the summer I am out of town working so I am renting it so others can enjoy all that Summit County has to offer! Guest access You will have your own bedroom and bath. The kitchen and great room are upstairs and there is a balcony to enjoy the afternoon fresh air while grilling. Other things to note Please NO shoes inside and sorry NO pets per the HOA. I prefer the fireplace not be used, since sparks might burn the newly installed flooring! (I didn't consider this before the installation)
