The first 3 vehicles are free! After that it’s $25 per car. The home’s driveway can fit 3 cars. Just make sure not to block the sidewalk! • Is there a fee for using the grill? Yes! there is a $30 cleaning fee to clean the grill. Propane tank is there but the responsibility of the guest to fill if they'd like to use it! • What is the fee for pool heat? Pool heat and Hot tub heat together will be $125 for 3 nights and $199 for every 7 nights. • Are the community pools heated year-round? Absolutely! The grand pool is heated all year round! • What are the pool hours? The pools open at 9 am and close at 9 pm daily. • What are the minimum height restrictions for the waterslides? Riders must be at least 36 inches tall and only one rider at a time. • Are there activities at the Resort? Yes, and the activities change monthly! • What time does the Clubhouse open/close? 9 am – 9 pm daily. • What time does the Fitness Center open/close? 5 am – 12 am daily. Guest access You will have private access to the entire home! You also have free access to the resort amenities Other things to note Please leave trash in trash bags only, in the brown bin in front of the home daily. Valet trash comes every day except Wednesday and Sundays! Pool keeper comes by on Wednesdays somewhere between 7:00am - 2:00pm. Holiday hours may vary! There is a grill cleaning fee of $30 Propane refills can be purchased at nearby grocery stores if the tank is empty. Refills are about $19. Propane refill prices may vary depending on the store! Pool heat is $125 for 3 days and $175 for every 7 days. **Pool can take up to 24 hours to fully heat. Please request at least 24 hours in advance. Heater may not work well below 55 degrees. Check-in is at 4:00pm Checkout is at 10:00am
