Welcome to our cozy guest suite! You'll have your own bathroom, kitchenette, a bedroom with a queen bed, and a living room with a comfortable queen sofa bed. Quiet neighborhood that is close to TTC stops, York University, Yorkdale mall, lots of food, and beautiful walking trails. 30 minutes to downtown Toronto. The space This clean, modern private suite is the middle floor of our home. The kitchenette is equipped with an induction hot plate, minifridge, microwave, kettle, sink, and utensils and cutlery, allowing you to prepare light meals or brew a cup of tea. Nearby, a 25-hectare park awaits, offering trails and an outdoor pool. Guest access You'll be given a temporary access code that'll work for the duration of your stay. Guest entrance is through the side door on the left side of the house. Entryway and laundry are in a shared area. During your stay Interaction is minimal. We will send messages on day of check in, day of check out, and in between only to address specific matters. Other things to note We have a minimal kitchenette, NOT a full kitchen.
