In the Foothills of the Olympic National Park

Forget your worries in this spacious home with sweeping views of nature, mountains, and the sea. Nestled in the foothills of the Olympic Mountains, you are minutes from downtown Port Angeles, the Olympic National Park visitors center, and the ferry to Victoria, British Columbia. Just 35 minutes away or less to Hurricane Ridge, Lake Crescent, Mary Mere Falls, Salt Creek, and Dungeness Wildlife refuge. Just two hours away from the majestic Sol Duc, the Hoh Rainforest, and Kalaloch. The space There are two main bedrooms on the second floor. The master bedroom has a dedicated bathroom with shower. Both the master and guest rooms have access to a private wraparound deck! The living room is an area for taking in the site of the Strait of Juan De Fuca, the Salish Sea, and our neighbors over the water in Victoria, BC. In the evening, turn off the light and enjoy the pullout queen bed! Enjoy your meals at the kitchen table or keep an eye on the expansive view from the kitchen island which has a smaller deck! The downstairs is the place to go for board games. On cloudy days, you can spend it playing games with family and friends until those mountains are out once again. in the evening this place has a hidden queen sofa bed. There is a full-size washer and dryer in the laundry room which guests are free to utilize as needed. The outdoors consists of a front and back yard. Enjoy a game of bocce ball, football, American style football, badminton, frisbee, and many other outdoor games. All of these are conveniently found in our spacious foyer. There is a lot of wildlife traffic in our yard. The neighborhood is considered a sanctuary for wildlife. We take only pictures and try our best not to disturb our woolly guests as they can be amazing entertainment to watch! We do have a small, attached unit on the bottom floor that we occasionally use while maintaining the landscaping. It is separated from your vacation rental by a deadbolt locked door. We try and maintain a small noise and visual "footprint" while guests are at the property. Thank you for letting us work to make your home away from home truly great! Our goal is to make sure you have a fantastic vacation, and we will make every effort to reduce our presence. Guest access Guests have access to the main home, the parking area, and the maintained grounds. We do have a garden, a carport, a shed, and a private-access secondary suite in the home on site which should not be accessed by our guests. We will clearly mark them so please be aware of this. Please adhere to all keep out postings and physical barriers. We have a large drive for all your parking needs and frogs hop freely in the yard if you desire to see our green friends!
