Spacious 3 story colonial home in heart of Winterport Village perfect for families and groups. Centrally located 20 minutes to downtown Bangor, 30 minutes to Belfast, Bar Harbor in just over an hour. The home is equipped with a large bright chefs kitchen with cathedral ceilings, dining room area with adjoining living room. 4 bright bedrooms plus 3rd floor. Sleep 16 guests. 3 bath. Can sleep up to 25+ with air mattresses, please notify in advance. Propane fire pit and grill The space Bedroom 1: 1st Floor is a full bed size futon. Room also has a desk, a chair with ottoman and bookshelf. Bedroom 2: Primary bedroom on the 2nd floor which has a full bath and AC Bedroom 3: Queen bed plus a twin bed Bedroom 4: Queen bed plus a twin bed The 3/4 bath is on the second floor. Third floor has 2 queen beds. Third floor also has some basic exercise equipment There is also a queen size sleeper couch in the living room Guest access Main entrance is in the kitchen next to the garage. A passcode will be provided. Parking is available over by the garage and in front of the house. The long part of the driveway is shared with the neighbor, please just keep additional vehicles on the right side of the driveway as this is a right of way.
