Welcome to the Gingko Tree, A place where you will hopefully feel comfortable immediately, can relax and unwind. The space The bright, simple room is equipped with a 1.40m x 2.00m bed, desk and a clothes rail. Towels and bed linens are available for the duration of the stay and do not have to be brought along. Guest access In this shared flat, the bathroom, toilet, balcony and living room are available for shared use, as well as permanent access to the kitchen to get a tea or coffee. When the weather is nice, this can of course also be enjoyed on the small balcony (adjacent to the living room) with the evening sun. If you wish, I will gladly prepare a breakfast that will strengthen you for the day. Unfortunately, shared use of the kitchen is not included. I would be happy to provide you with a place in the fridge or advise you on restaurants in the area. During your stay If you need help during your stay, you can reach me on my cell phone. Since I am working, I may only be able to get in touch during my lunch break. We can clarify all relevant questions in advance. Other things to note If you like to be active and have experience in stand-up paddling, I will gladly provide you with my stand-up paddle for a 10 euro fee and advise you on entry points to enjoy your ride on the Neckar. The check-in time can be made flexible in agreement with me.
