The master bedroom features a queen bed and a comfortable armchair, a television, a walk-in closet, and a full bathroom, as well as a spectacular balcony perfect for enjoying sunsets surrounded by nature. The second bedroom has two single beds, a walk-in closet, and a separate full bathroom, all bathed in natural light. The social area on the first floor is fully equipped for a wonderful time. It includes a living room, television, dining area, and kitchen, with access to a fantastic terrace ideal for enjoying a morning coffee or a cool sunset. A complete kitchen and all the necessary equipment are at your disposal for a comfortable stay. Casa Terra is located in Bosqua, a cutting-edge development with common areas for you to enjoy with your loved ones. We offer a small communal pool and solarium, a studio where you can practice yoga or calisthenics, and spacious gardens that help to keep the temperature cool in this private community. Guest access The entrance code will be shared with you 24 hours before the check in. You have access to the house with total privacy. To access to the complex you will need the ID's of you and your group. Other things to note Use the shared pool at your own risk. Electricity, Water, Internet, Bottled Water are included in the fee. The hot water, as it runs through the pipes, comes out after a few seconds or a minute of waiting. Mérida has a tropical climate (hot and humid) so insects are part of everyday life, even so, we have left extra amenities to make your stay more pleasant.
