Charming Parisian house with private courtyard

Our house can fit in up to 8 adults (4 large bed) . Everyone will find its own space within our 3 floors house, as well as its own private yard. Buses (many), Metro (line 14 and 13), tramway(3B) and RER C are within 1 to 6 minutes walks and allow to reach easily main monuments (Montmartre (20 mins walk), Champs Elysées (20 min bus) and main sites for Olympic games. At night you can enjoy great bars and restaurants of the area. The space The ground floor consists of a large room of 70 m² offering kitchen, living room and dining room as well as a guest toilet. The first floor under a large glass roof has 3 bedrooms (2 double beds, 1 single bed) and 1 bathroom with toilet and a large landing for reading, resting or playing. On the third floor, a 4th bedroom (double bed) and a bathroom with a large shower (2 m) and a toilet. In the basement is the laundry room (washing machine and dryer) and the gym area with 1 elliptical bike, large mirror and dance bar to continue the sport even on vacation! The courtyard for private use allows you to relax or have lunch or dinner outdoors. We have several fans available to guests in case of high heat.
