In an exceptional setting, the bay of Mont Saint Michel, beautiful contemporary house, spacious, with terrace and garden, located 200m from the cliffs of Champeaux (view of the Mt St Michel bay from the cliff). There is everything you need for children (large trampoline, toys, books, slide, swing, football goals, snowshoe games and space). 2km, Carolles beach. Very quiet site, nearby activities and tourist areas. The space The house consists on the ground floor of a large very bright open plan living room/living room/kitchen (62 m2), a pantry, a bedroom with private bathroom (shower, sink), separate toilet and a small desk. Kitchen furnished and very well equipped (with all the necessary appliances). Washer, dishwasher. Upstairs: three bedrooms (2 with single bed including one equipped for a baby: baby bed and changing table, one with double bed), a small mezzanine and a bathroom with bathtub, double basin and shower. Toilet. Oak parquet in all the rooms. Guest access Bed and bath linen is not provided. Other things to note The house is set on a plot of 1200 m2 in a small very quiet and wooded area slightly set back from the coastal road. South facing house, landscaped grounds, lawn, south facing composite terrace (45m2) with garden furniture and sunbed as well as a large trampoline. Small beach 5 minutes walking, down from the cliff. Large Caroles-Jullouville beach less than a 5-minute drive away. Many activities possible: - Crossings of the bay of Mont Saint Michel on foot with guide from Genêts (8 km from Champeaux) and visit of Mont. - Landing beaches - Chaussey Islands Tour - 200 m from the house: hikes on the customs trails on the cliff along the bay of Mont Saint Michel (3 Vauban cabins between Saint Jean le Thomas and Carolles, the Lude Valley). - Swimming on the large Carolles/Julouville beach at 3km. - Fishing on foot just down the cliff a 5-minute walk (oysters, clams, hulls, bigorneaux...), swimming possible at high tide. - Walks in the surrounding green countryside. - Mountain biking, many equestrian centers offering various outings of one or more days - The cliff is a paragliding and Ulm spot - Gourmet restaurants within walking distance from the house.
