The Mill House: Newly Installed Above Ground Pool!

Relax with the whole family at this peaceful place to stay. Located just far enough off the beaten path for tranquillity but still close to town, the bases, and Northwest Florida’s white sand beaches & rivers. The Mill house is a 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom home that is ready to serve as your retreat. Bedroom arrangements: 1 king bed, 1 queen bed, and 2 twin beds. The property is fully fenced & the spacious backyard features an above ground swimming pool! The space The backyard of this home is cross fenced. The back portion of the yard is the hosts area. Host reserves the right to stay & work on that portion of the property, though host will not disturb you. There are chickens and ducks on the back parcel so at a minimum host will visit 2x’s per day to tend to the flock if not working during the day or staying overnight. There is also a barn cat present, who may come to the back door if no dogs are present please do not let the cat (Keith) into the house or feed him, he can be very persistent. 🐈 Host provides 1 roll of toilet paper per bathroom as a starter pack and no other toiletries.
