Echo Creek Cottage

Echo Creek Cottage is a cozy, peaceful guesthouse in a beautiful setting on our farm in Madison County, VA. We’re a short drive from many popular trails in Shenandoah National Park including Old Rag, White Oak Canyon, and Dark Hollow Falls. There are numerous wineries and breweries nearby including Early Mountain, Revelation, Shotwell Run, and Bald Top. The cottage is located between Sperryville and Madison and is centrally located to Charlottesville & Culpeper. We look forward to welcoming you! The space The Cottage is located on our 30-acre farm in Madison County, VA, near Hwy 231 between Sperryville and Madison. We are 35 minutes from the Charlottesville Regional Airport, 1 hour and 20 minutes from Dulles International Airport, and approximately 1 hour and 30 minutes to Washington, D.C. We are located on a quiet, peaceful gravel country road. Guests are welcome to enjoy the property, and we are a short drive from many of the most popular boundary trailheads and hikes in Shenandoah National Park. The Cottage is a great base for exploring surrounding towns and cities such as Sperryville, Charlottesville, Orange, Gordonsville or Culpeper, visiting one of the many great wineries, breweries and restaurants in the area, or tubing and canoeing on the Shenandoah River. The hosts live in a separate farmhouse on property, and because we often have family and friends using the cottage, availability is often blocked. Guest access All of the guest house is available; it includes a full kitchen, and open living and dining area, a bedroom with a queen bed, an upstairs bedroom with a queen bed and a sizeable window seat with cushions that can serve as a bed for one person, and a "jack and jill" bathroom with a separate shower area and two closeable and lockable rooms with toilets and vanities.
