The heated 400sf apartment is located at the rear of our property, adjacent to the garage. It is ideal for couples, solo adventurers and business travelers.  Wake up to a morning bathed in sunshine or keep the blackout blinds closed to keep the morning at bay. A closet is handy for longer stays. The kitchen has amenities such as a microwave, tea kettle, blender, pots and pans, dishes, cooking utensils, full size stove and refrigerator, and a small combined washer/dryer unit. The bathroom has a standard tub and we provide towels, washrags and soap. We also offer complimentary coffee, tea, high-speed wifi and Netflix. Ran out of supplies? Or still don’t have everything you need? We will ship it for you for free! Just let us know. Ps.: NO CABLE TV The door has a keyless entry/code pad and enjoy privacy and your access code will be sent 24 hours before your stay. We are always available by text and although we do not live in FW, we can send maintenance personnel over quickly. We are happy to share our tips on visiting Fort Worth and surroundings in order to help make the most of your stay with us. We speak Portuguese and will be happy to try some (improvised) Spanish and French interaction too! Perfect place for someone who likes historic districts, Fairmount is a beautiful and versatile neighborhood. It has sidewalks, parks, and friendly neighbors. There is lots to do nearby, whether you want the out-on-the-town night life or a romantic dining experience. We are conveniently located in a low traffic area just 4 blocks south of Magnolia Street. The neighboring houses are mostly from the early 20th century. We are 2.5 miles from the Convention Center and Sundance Square. If you drive, there's free street parking. We are located near Fort Worth bike share, bus routes. Less than two miles from the closest Trinity Railway Express train (with regular commuter service to Dallas). Pet Requirements: * Be up to date on all vaccinations * Not allowed on beds or furniture * Be on preventative tick and flea medication * Have its waste picked up and properly disposed of each time it’s necessary There is an in-law suite and 2-bedroom house located in front of your place.
