The central courtyard is a special surprise, located in the center of the house with a water feature. French doors may be opened to the surrounding dining room, master bedroom and living room - bringing the outside in and expanding the house to an open, light and airy space. Bedroom 3: Master bedroom with Cal King bed, and has a sitting area by the TV. French doors open to the central courtyard. Plenty of space for the pack and play in this spacious room. Living room: Vaulted ceilings and gas fireplace. TV with access to Hulu, Disney +, Netflix, HBO, Prime and live TV through YouTube TV subscription. This room is where you access the surround sound for playing your music in all the rooms and bathrooms. French doors open to the central courtyard. Dining: Large table can seat the entire family with benches along two sides. Seats 6- 8 with 4 additional seats at the counter of the kitchen just behind the table. French doors open to courtyard for additional outdoor dining space or to enjoy morning coffee in the sunshine. Central patio: The light-filled, open air courtyard in the center of the house is a unique and memorable aspect of the house. Furnished with seating for 4 and has a large tiled water fountain. The 3 sets of French doors open the house up to the fresh ocean air and sunshine all year long. Guest access Keyless entry for the front door, or entry through the 3 car garage. Parking on the street is free and street sweeping does not ticket or require cars to be moved, but street parking is probably not needed since the cars may be parked in the spacious garage during your stay. Other things to note We appreciate all our guests, and are so pleased to host a wonderful family vacation or business trip. We hope that our guests enjoy the quiet peaceful neighborhood and respect our neighbors. We ask that all guests understand there are absolutely no loud late night parties allowed in the residence. The neighbors are friends, and we'd like to keep it that way. Any who abuse the privilege of staying in our wonderful home will be reported to Airbnb and asked to leave the house immediately. If a fine is issued by the city because of noise violations, we will report that as well to Airbnb.
