Guest house near the lake

Newly built Attefall house in a quiet environment with close proximity to both forest and Lake Mälaren. The house is fully equipped with washing machine, kitchen, bed linens and towels. Space for about 4 people, a 160 cm bed on the upper loft and a 140 cm sofa bed on the lower floor. The house is located about 10-15 minutes' walk from Bredsand's beach where during the summer there is a restaurant, kiosk, mini-market, mini-golf, playgrounds and barbecue areas. Around the house there are also nice hiking trails and bike trails. Wi-Fi is available. I don't have the option to charge an electric car! The space The house consists of a room and kitchen, hall with good storage, bathroom with washing machine and shower as well as a sleeping loft. There is waterborne underfloor heating in the house. Large deck with space to sit and barbecue for nice summer evenings. Guest access Parking is on the surface by the road in front of the guest house, the deck outside the house is at the guest's disposal. Other lawn and deck to the large main house is private. Other things to note The loft is a smaller nest with low ceilings and is not suitable for smaller children. The steps up have a maximum weight of 150 kg.
