Only book if you can accept a basic accommodation: Clean sheets & shower. Minimum of 4 persons! Because it is situated in the city centre you might experience loud noises so do bring your ear plugs when you are a light sleeper. The space The apartment is situated on the 3rd floor accessible by a steep stair. It has a living room and two bedrooms. Each bedroom has two 2 persons bed. You will be provided with towels 1 per person . These towels will be 90cm by 60cm. If you want more just ask an extra towel is €1 each . If you want to have bigger ones feel free to bring your own towels. Do bring earplugs since your accommodation can be noisy and in the summer bring your own repellent since mosquitoes will be there. Next to that please consider that you booked a basic accommodation with a minimal of luxury. Just basic and simple nothing more. Guest access The whole house is accessible. There will be no entry to the accommodation if the rules are not respected and not followed. With no refund. When you book for 4 or less there is a extra charge of €50 When you book for 4 person only one room will be prepared. For an extra bed and room it is an extra €75. Please let me know if you want to use it. There are two sleeping sofas available will be prepared for an extra €25 per bed Other things to note 5 minutes from Central Station & centre. The very STEEP stair brings you to the 3rd floor. We provide a package of sheets, 1 towel per person (90cm x 60cm) and toilet paper, nothing more. Don’t expect luxury just a bed&shower. The apartment is on a busy street and a bit outdated, but cheap and has a good location. Bring mosquito repellent and ear plugs. All incidents must be reported immediately to me!
