We have 2 rooms in a single-family house with a black exterior wall. Please relax and enjoy your trip to Setouchi in a space that feels like home. The space ■ The large spaces of 39.75 ㎡ on the 1st floor and 44.72 ㎡ on the 2nd floor are attractive. We will provide beds for the number of guests booked in each bedroom. (Semi-double beds are for 2 people) ■ Free wifi available ■ Each room has a bathtub, toilet with washing machine (infant auxiliary toilet seat available upon request), separate sink, kitchen, fridge, microwave, toaster, IH stove, rice cooker, cooking utensils, dishes, kettle, washing machine, TV, and iron. ■ Each bathroom is equipped with a rinse, shampoo, body soap, and Refa shower head. There is also a hair dryer. We will also provide towels and toothbrushes for the number of guests. ■ Towels are provided in one set per person (bath towel x 1, face towel x 1). For longer stays, we will provide extra towels, but please wash them in the washing machine (detergent is available). Let us know if you need a change of sheets. ■ We provide laundry detergent (free) for the number of nights in each room. There is a simple dryer. ■ No smoking in the building. Guest access You will have the room in the building to yourselves. Parking is available for free for 3 vehicles per reservation. For the 4th car, please use the coin parking lot in the neighborhood for 800 yen per day (maximum). It is a 1-minute walk from there. Other things to note ● We do a thorough check before check-in, but in the unlikely event that there is damage to the equipment in the house or stains on the sheets before use, please report it by message. ● If the sheets are very dirty, please report it by message. Depending on the dirt, we may charge cleaning fees or compensation costs. ● 7 days before your stay, we will send you a link to provide information for all guests staying. (We use the minpakuIN unattended check-in system) Please note that if you do not agree to this, you will not be able to use this facility. 1. Name and date of birth of the guest 2.
