This beautifully decorated 2,000+ sq ft home comfortably accommodates up to 10 guests and blends comfort with stylish simplicity. Whether you’re traveling with family, friends, or taking a work break, Casa Oasis is the perfect place to unwind and recharge. Bedrooms The home features four bedrooms, including a spacious primary suite with a king-size bed and three additional bedrooms with cozy queen-size beds. A sectional sofa in the living area offers additional sleeping space, ensuring comfort for everyone. Backyard / Outdoor Space Enjoy a private backyard with a pool and jacuzzi, BBQ grill, gulf putting green, and pizza oven (fuel not provided). Relax by the fire pitperfect for s’mores, stargazing, or soaking up the sun. Pool heating and jacuzzi access are available upon request. Indoor Living The open-concept living, dining, and kitchen areas are designed for comfort and connection—ideal for entertaining. The living room features an electric fireplace, Smart TV with Netflix, and direct access to the backyard with abundant natural light. Kitchen The fully equipped kitchen includes a coffee maker, cookware, and all essential tools. The spacious breakfast bar provides plenty of seating for cooking, dining, and gathering. General Comforts We provide complimentary toiletries, fresh linens, bath and pool towels, and an in-unit washer/dryer. Enjoy high-speed WiFi (600 Mbps), central air conditioning and heating, and keyless self check-in for convenience. Parking The garage is not accessible to guests. The driveway accommodates up to 4 vehicles, with additional street parking available. Guest access Guest will have access to the entire home except for the garage that is kept locked and the pool equipment area (for Jacuzzi use you will need to contact the host) . The private backyard, pool/spa is available for your exclusive use. Other things to note **Cancellation Policy: Please make sure you read our cancellation policy** We kindly remind all guests that tampering with or unplugging cameras is strictly prohibited. Guests found engaging in such actions may face fines for up to $500. We offer early check-in or late check-out upon request for an additional $50, subject to approval and availability based on same-day bookings. For late check-outs, kindly inform the host by 8pm the day before to check availability. If there's no reservation following yours, we can accommodate for an extra $50 fee, adjusting our cleaning crew schedule accordingly. Unapproved late check-outs will incur a $250 charge.
