Room in Ipanema, green & quiet location

Art Deco style building, 3 floors, in a privileged location in Ipanema, in front of the wooded square, 1 block from the Rodrigo de Freitas lagoon and 5 from Ipanema beach. Close to buses, subways, supermarkets, bars, restaurants, fitness centers, pharmacies and shops. (Minimum 3 nights) (Carnival minimum 5 nights) The space The space is very clean and pleasant. The room is bright, airy, spacious, impeccable bed and bath linens, minibar, TV, hammock, wardrobe with drawers, storage space for suitcases and luggage, sofa and table for notebook use. I like to welcome people in a way that makes them feel at ease and I try to provide information about the city's attractions, tips on places to visit and tours. The building is in front of a wooded square with a flower kiosk and on the other side, a FoodTruck with Burgers, snacks and 3 craft beers. The two streets of the square have security guards hired by the condominiums. Walking, in less than 10 minutes, you will be in two Rio de Janeiro postcard locations, Ipanema Beach and Arpoador or on the banks of the Rodrigo de Freitas Lagoon. At the same time, you will be in the center of Ipanema's commerce, and, using the subway, close to the centers of several interconnected neighborhoods such as Copacabana, Botafogo, Flamengo, Barrada Tijuca and several others, as well as access to the main wonderful tourist attractions of Rio de Janeiro. The location is very nice and safe. Guest access Guests will have access to the living room, bathroom, kitchen with utensils and equipment on a "take it, use it, wash it and put it back" system, and a service area with a washing machine and clothesline. Common areas must be kept clean and tidy as we do not have a maid. In the open area of the garage, there is a shower and tap to wash your feet or a good shower bath if you like, when returning from the beach, with sand. I can provide a beach chair and umbrella. During your stay I like to talk, I am communicative, respecting people's individuality. Besides me, there is a 26-year-old daughter, who works from Monday to Friday, and a 1-year-old, 7-month-old Persian kitten. Another son, 40 years old, resides in a room outside the apartment, using the same common areas as the guests. He works Monday through Saturday. Other things to note I live in the property with 2 children who work outside the home, so the other parts of the apartment, such as the bathroom, kitchen and living room, are for shared use.
