Guest access The approx. 650 sqm beach villa with separate fitness building is rented exclusively for our guests. No one except our manager Samantha is located during your stay on the 1 hectare, fenced with a 3m high wall, secluded property. We live in a very pleasant, safe neighborhood in harmonious harmony with our neighbors. In addition, we have installed outdoor video cameras around the 'The White Villa' building. The monitor and recording unit is located in the pantry inside the villa; there is no further recording of the data outside and no mobile retrieval. If you wish, Samantha will turn off the video setup during your stay. In coordination with you regarding the desired times, Samantha opens the large access gate in the morning and locks it again in the evening. In addition, the front door of the beach villa can be locked from the inside. For example, if you are traveling with a driver, a nanny or maid, we offer you two separate accommodations (rooms with a private bathroom) in a separate building on the same property for free. There is also plenty of free parking on the property. Other things to note Our fantastic beach villa is close to Colombo International Airport (about 45 km north). We are happy to organize your drop-off and pickup service from the airport with a known, external mini bus for each Rs. 15,000 (approx. USD 45) directly payable to the driver. We can also recommend you fantastic, multi-day excursions (Sigiriya, Dambulla, Kandy, Nuwara Eliya, Elephant Orphange, etc.) and organize them together with you. In the immediate vicinity is a larger hotel with local and international cuisine. Here you can eat or have it delivered. Ayurveda applications and massages can also be booked directly there. There are more international hotels with similar services 10 minutes away. Our manager Samantha will be at your disposal any time during your entire stay.
