Romantic Yurt in the New Forest

A king sized bed with electric blanket and electric 'Woodburner' warm even the coldest of nights. Yoga Mats and a massage table and full menu of massages available on request. Accommodation for 6-8 more friends if required in the adjacent Luxury Forest Lodge and quirky Shepherd’s Hut. The space The Yurt is a perfect space for a Romantic getaway, or to practice Yoga and mindfulness contemplation. The adjoining Luxury Forest Lodge with bathroom, shower and kitchen/living room has featured on Airbnb since 2018 with over 400 reviews and a rating of 4.95. A large comfortable king-sized bed is in the Yurt. Extra accommodation, if required in the Lodge is provided on the first floor with a Kingsize Double bed, a second 4’6 double bed in a long open plan bedroom. A single mattress on the floor provides a further place to sleep for family and close friends. A double sofabed downstairs and 3 large sofas and plenty of bedding are available for larger groups. The Shepherds Hut has a double bed and is conveniently placed about 30M from the Lodge and Yurt and also has direct access into the New Forest. Guest access The Lodge, the Yurt and the Shepherd’s Hut are for the sole use of our guests. We ask that after entering our property you turn left and follow the path around the back of the main house and up to the lodge. The Yurt is accessed behind the lodge and the Shepherds Hut by using the path running down the hill from the Lodge. There are several eating out areas in front and behind the lodge, in front of the Yurt and the Shepherd’s Hut. Please leave the main garden for the use of the owners to maintain privacy for owners and guests alike. Other things to note Set in the beautiful New Forest Ponies, Cattle, Donkeys and during Pannage Pigs come close to the back door. Fallow Buck are seen daily and throughout 2025 a magnificent White Hart has been seen many times a week. A large menu of massage therapies are offered by Roxanne, our lodge and Yurt manager. These can be arranged in advance if required and subject to availability. If you would like us to arrange a qualified Yogi for your stay please ask and give us plenty of notice.
