Welcome to our newly updated, comfortable and well-appointed home, located in a peaceful Pensacola neighborhood. We're just minutes from the excellent Tuscan Oven restaurant, a local favorite for Italian cuisine, and conveniently close to downtown, major colleges, and beautiful Gulf of Mexico beaches. With easy access to highway 110, commuting and exploring the area is effortless. The space Our recently renovated home, adorned with tasteful decor, has plenty of space for small families or professionals. Whether you're planning a relaxed getaway or a fun-filled vacation, our inviting space is ready to meet your needs. The heart of the studio is our well-stocked kitchen, ready to support all your cooking endeavors. After a meal, use the dining table for some board games, work, or simply to reflect on the day's highlights. For relaxation, the cozy living room, equipped with a 55" smart TV and complimentary HBO Max, is the perfect spot. This apartment features air conditioning for your comfort, and you'll find a convenient washer/dryer in the unit for your laundry needs. The outdoor area is just as inviting with a shared backyard, equipped with comfortable chairs ideal for morning coffee or evening chats around the fire pit (bring your own wood!). But we didn't stop at just providing the essentials. Expect little extras that will make your stay even more comfortable, including coffee (both regular and Keurig), snacks, and women's hygiene products. Guest access Guests have access to the driveway and their entire unit. The backyard & fire pit are a shared space. Other things to note To help you enjoy every moment of your trip, we've provided the following limited amenities: - 3 TVs with HBO Max - variety of board games in house - body wash, shampoo, and conditioner in each shower - sample toothpaste & disposable toothbrushes - toilet paper - cooking essentials (basic table service, pots & pans, nonstick spray, basic spices, knives & cutting board, mixing bowls, measuring cups, etc.) While we are not an all-inclusive experience, we do our best to keep you comfortable while you visit Pensacola. Please let us know how we can make your experience top-notch. Our home consists of two completely separate units with separate entrances and parking. Both yards, including the fire pit are shared spaces with the other unit.
