Topsail island with double-sided, long views of the surrounding waterways and a quick, easy walk to your beach access just across the street. Vida Sol is designed and equipped to offer everything you would need for a 5 star beach stay. The spacious kitchen and dining area invite family and friends to prepare meals of any size and comfortably dine at the 7 person table. The covered front porch offers additional dining and lounge areas with our personal favorite views on the island ;) Don’t miss sipping on a cool beverage in the back porch captains chairs as the sun descends over the marsh… The living area is spacious and designed for relaxing with some music, games or a movie after a day in the sun. The 3rd floor bedrooms also enjoy north and south facing porches. Brand new bedding and crisp linens are a welcome treat for sun-kissed skin and invite vacation worthy rest after a day spent playing in the water or exploring the island. The master suite offers a King bed and french doors opening to a private porch with shaded lounge areas, blackout curtains, 65 in TV, Bluetooth speaker and ceiling fan. There is also a Queen bedroom with TV and a playful Bunk room with double and twins beds. Additional amenities include: *Private Community dock with launch for paddle boards and Kayaks (and fishing poles!) *Covered carport parking *Propane Grill *Complimentary bikes and beach chairs *Hot water outdoor shower *Marshall Bluetooth speakers *Streaming and local TV channels “North Island Surf & Paddle” just down the street is our goto resource for additional beach gear rentals, kayaks, paddle boards, surf lessons, sundries, souvenirs and the best Italian Ice on the island :) Life is good at Topsail Vida Sol! Looking forward to your visit ☺️ Guest access Guests have private access to all interior and exterior areas of the home. Other things to note Parking for 3-4 vehicles (depending on size) is possible in the driveway. Guests will need to walk up stairs to access the main living area and bedrooms. There is a bathroom on the second floor living area and a shared, full bathroom with bathtub on the 3rd floor. The hot water, outdoor shower is also a guest fav :)
