Enjoy a comfortable stay in our holiday annexe, located on the outskirts of Truro—ideal for exploring both the city and the Cornish coastlines. Attached to our Cornish cottage, the annexe sleeps up to four guests and has private front and rear entrances along with off-road parking. The property is just off the B3284, a busy road offering easy access to nearby towns, beaches, coastal walks and other local attractions. Please note that traffic noise can be heard. The space On arrival you will find your private parking space conveniently positioned by The Annexe which leads down the front steps to the property and also to the large, open lawn area for guests to use. Front door leads into a lovely, light and airy lounge area with comfortable corner sofa, tv, coffee table and open stairs which lead to bathroom and two bedrooms. The dining room and kitchen is accessed through a door from the living area. The kitchen is well appointed with fitted oven and hob. Microwave, dishwasher and fridge. From the kitchen you can access the back courtyard with picnic table. Dining room with table and chairs. Small freezer housed in cupboard. Bedroom 1 - King size bed. Bedroom 2- Double bed. Shower room. Guest access Large front garden partly shared with host. Guest parking to the left of the driveway which would easily accommodate two vehicles. To the right is shared access to service neighbouring bungalow. Other things to note The Annexe is best suited to couples and families with children of over 8 years of age due to the open garden, the open stairs and the road nearby. Situated off the B3284 which at times can be busy due to it being on one of the routes into Truro. Due to its location, you are likely to hear road noise. If arriving with 2 vehicles please park one behind the other so that the entrance is accessible at all times. Neighbouring bungalow needs access and the garage is in use so please ensure you park in the allocated spaces provided.
