Our utilities are relatively small and guests pay for them in order to be more attentive to the accommodation, so that when leaving the house they do not forget to turn off electrical appliances, gas and turn off the water. The main consumption in winter is for heating (gas). In spring and autumn, the utilities are minimal, as heating is no longer needed.
