INTEGRATED SPACES Our house has a charming and comfortable living area integrated with an equipped kitchen, wood-burning and gas stove, appliances and utensils to meet all your culinary needs. Dining and living room with 43" TV, Netflix, Globoplay, Amazon Prime and Disney Plus, as well as video games for hours of fun! ROOMS Each of the 5 spaces in the house was specially decorated based on actions and feelings that we want to create and share with our guests: Joy (double), Inspire (1 double + 1 single), Gratitude (2 single) and the Dream space, a mezzanine dedicated to creativity with a play area, extra bed and full bathroom. Our Nest (queen bed + 1 sofa bed for children) is the spacious en-suite. The house also has two more shared bathrooms. INTERNET Can't disconnect? Our fiber optic has good range throughout the property with a speed of 400 MB. In all, there are two work areas equipped to make your home office pleasant and productive. EXTERNAL AREA The outdoor balcony is already an invitation. In our garden, you will find space to celebrate with a good barbecue or contemplate the view while making a bonfire. You can harvest fresh herbs to add a touch to the menu, enjoy the art of muralist @mazzolandia or play with your pets! Guest access The House also serves us occasionally and, for this reason, some areas have restricted access where we store our belongings, such as the closet located in the Ninho suite and the storage room located in the Garden. We appreciate your understanding in this regard. To use the laundry area, please consult us in advance. With a self check-in system, you can have the autonomy to enter and exit using only a numerical password entered at the time of booking. GARAGE Our garage is private and can accommodate up to 5 vehicles. Other things to note VALUES Doing business with you is a pleasure for us and we want to be fair in our price proposition! Therefore, the daily rates published by the platform correspond to the rental for up to 6 people, with all fees included. For larger groups, an extra fee per person will be charged.
