About 45 minutes from the city center and 60 minutes from the airport. 🔒 -Private Community with 24/7 Security: The property is located within Residencial Xanadu, a private community with round-the-clock security at the entrance. All guests are pre-registered before arrival for a safe and seamless check-in. Guest access 🔐 -Smart Lock: The home is equipped with a smart lock for easy, seamless entry throughout your stay. 🕓 -Check-In & Check-Out: Check-in is at 4:00 PM and check-out is at 12:00 PM. Early check-in and late check-out options are available for a fee, subject to availability. All guests must be pre-registered with full names before arrival. Please note that daily visitors are not allowed. 🅿️ -Parking: The property includes a 2-car parking area for your exclusive use. For your peace of mind, there is a video-only security camera in the outdoor parking area. 🏠 -Full Property Access: Guests have exclusive access to the entire home, as well as the community swimming pool, cabanas, and private beach. Other things to note 🌙 Respect quiet hours after 10:00 PM to ensure everyone's peace. 🚫 Parties, loud music, and indoor smoking are prohibited. 📋 All guests must be registered upon arrival — no unregistered day visitors allowed. 🐶 A $30 community fee applies for bringing pets. 🚗 The property accommodates up to 2 vehicles. A community-imposed fee of $50 per day applies for each additional vehicle parked on the street.
