Guest access -The home is equipped with a smart lock for easy access to the property when you arrive and throughout your stay. -Check-in is at 4pm and Check-out is at 12pm. Please note that all registered guests must provide their full names before check-in and there are no daily visitors allowed. -The property is equipped with a 2 car parking area during your stay. For your peace of mind, please note that there's a video-only security camera in the outdoor parking area. -Guests have access to the entire property and also to the community swimming pool, cabanas, and beach. Other things to note Simple Guidelines for a Pleasant Stay in our Community -Respect quiet hours post-10pm to ensure everyone's peace. -Parties, loud music, and indoor smoking are prohibited. -All guests must be registered upon arrival and no daily visitors allowed.
