Guest access Guests have full access to the entire first-floor apartment, including both bedrooms, two bathrooms, kitchen, living room, and mudroom. You’ll enter through your own private entrance and have a dedicated driveway on the Hough St side of the building with parking for up to 2 vehicles. ♨️ The outdoor hot tub is located on the deck and is reserved exclusively for your use during your stay. We do not use it while guests are present. The yard and outdoor areas are shared spaces, and you may occasionally see our family or children playing outside. We respect your privacy but are nearby if you need anything during your stay. Other things to note • This is a first-floor apartment with the owners living upstairs, so you may occasionally hear normal daytime activity. • The hot tub is located on the outdoor deck and is for guest use only during your stay. It is open-air (not enclosed). • The yard and outdoor areas are shared spaces. You may see our family or children playing outside, and occasionally wildlife — including bunnies 🐰 • Downtown Dover is about a 10-minute walk from the apartment, with easy access to restaurants, coffee shops, and local spots. • Quiet hours are respected to ensure a relaxing stay for everyone. • The guest bedroom is smaller and located just off the kitchen. • We recommend having a car to explore the Seacoast area, beaches, and nearby attractions.
