Traditional cabin in Komagvær | Sauna and nature

Welcome to a quiet and authentic cabin experience in beautiful Komagvær. Here you stay surrounded by open northern Norwegian scenery with a view of the sea, close to fantastic fishing areas, mountains and nature. The cabin is perfect for those who want tranquillity, outdoor activities and a break from everyday life. The area is especially popular for salmon fishing, hunting, berry picking and hiking in the wilderness. After a day out, you can warm up in the wood-fired sauna or enjoy the evening around the fire pit on the veranda. The space The cabin was built in 2008 and has: * 3 small bedrooms * Open-plan living room and kitchen * Wood-fired combi oven * Solar panel system with standard 220V power * TV and soundbar * Gas cooker and fridge * Sauna with changing room * Large veranda with a view * Fire pit outside The exterior is of a simple standard, but the cabin provides a genuine and traditional wilderness experience. ⸻ Nature and area Behind the cabin you will find mountains, rocky landscapes and bogs with cloudberries, lingonberries and blueberries in season. The Komagelva river is nearby and is known for good fishing opportunities. In the summer, it is a short distance to Bruhytta with a café and the sale of fishing licences. Guest access The entire cabin can be used. Please note that as of today there is a loft in the cabin that is not completed. Other things to note In the summer season it is only a few minutes to Bruhytta, with open café and fishing license sales. It is an advantage if you have a car to get to Komagelva if you are going to fish up in the mountain lakes. The host cleans the cabin and removes bed linen when you leave as a guest.
